Palms Hotel, A127 Southend Arterial Road,

The Palms Hotel is just outside Hornchurch, on the A127 Southend Arterial, between Gallows Corner and junction 29 of the M25.  If travelling eastbound, the Hotel is on the left hand side, just after the traffic lights and next to a garage.  If travelling westbound, the Hotel is on the other side of the A127 and can be accessed either by a U turn at the traffic lights or (more safely) by driving onto the Gallows Corner roundabout and then rejoining the A127 eastbound.  There is a large public car park.

The fair itself takes place in the Ingrebourne Suite, on ground level with easy access.  Disabled facilities are excellent.  Restaurant and bar open.  Strictly non-smoking event, but various public smoking areas within the Hotel.  Helper dogs only.

The fair is open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.
