The Mill Arts & Events Centre, Bellingham Lane,

Rayleigh is just off the A127 between Basildon and Southend-on-Sea and very close to the A130 to Chelmsford.  From the M25 heading southbound, exit at junction 29 and head east on the A127.   From the M25 heading northbound, exit at junction 30 and head east on the A13, then north on the A130 for a mile or so and then east on the A127.  Allow 25 minutes for the journey from the Dartford Crossing.

The Mill, the main meeting place and focal point for Rayleigh, is in Bellingham Lane, just off Rayleigh High Street and next to the windmill.   There is ample car parking adjacent (free on Sundays) and the Mill has excellent facilities, including level access.  Light refreshments are served all day in Squires Restaurant, the whole building is non-smoking and only helper dogs are allowed.  The fair itself is on ground level.

The fair  is open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.
