Knights Hill Hotel, South Wootton,
King's Lynn, Norfolk PE30 3HQ

Knights Hill Hotel is 3 miles north-east of King's Lynn, very close to South Wootton and at the junction of the A149/A148.  The A148 Cromer Road is the main approach road for Sandringham, which is about 3 miles to the north-east.  Historic King's Lynn itself is at the junction (known as the Hardwick roundabout) of the A10/A17/A47, with easy access from Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and the whole of Norfolk.

Set atop one of the highest points in West Norfolk, within 11 acres of parkland and gardens, Knights Hill Hotel enjoys magnificent views of The Wash and overlooks Castle Rising.  The fair itself is in Knights Barn, in two interconnecting and restored barns, complete with massive exposed stone walls and oak beams.  The venue is fully carpeted, except for the small (raised) stage area at one end, and is on ground level, with easy access.

Refreshments are available all day in The Farmers Arms or at the Hotel itself.  The fair is a non-smoking venue and only helper dogs are allowed.  Disabled facilities are basically good, with a ramp at the main, canopied entrance, which is the best drop off point (but with a shallow step down into the High Barn).  There is ample free car parking adjacent, but parts of the car park are not paved.

The fair  is open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.
