St. Ivo Leisure Centre, the region's premier venue, is in Westwood Road, just outside historic St. Ives, and is less than 10 minutes' drive from the A14, which is roughly midway between Cambridge and Peterborough.   The fair itself is very clearly signposted from every direction, using Council-approved 'AA' type signs.

St. Ivo Leisure Centre has been recently refurbished, to include new air conditioning, lighting and carpeting.  The fair is held in The Burgess Civic Hall, where there is a cafeteria  and a bar, plus ample seating areas for the general public.

The whole Centre is a non-smoking venue and only helper dogs are allowed.  Restricted disabled facilities.  Ample free parking immediately in front of the Centre.

The fair  is open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.
'Make & Take' sessions start at 12 noon.
For safety reasons children under 16 are welcome at the sessions, but cannot participate.  Sorry!
