HOW TO EXHIBIT

We've kept the paperwork to the bare minimum, so the booking procedure is very straightforward.  Just contact Dolly's Daydreams by whatever method is most convenient (if emailing, please provide your full postal address). The office is open every weekday from 9.30am to 9pm, except over the Christmas period.

On request of an exhibitor pack (please always state what you sell), full details will be despatched on the same day by first class post, if at all possible.  Booking forms and stand rents are exhibitor friendly, with only a single roll-over deposit required when booking (you pay for each fair on the day, except for Kelham Hall, which is payable in full, 4 weeks in advance).  Block bookings discount applies to 8 fairs (5%) and up to a maximum of 20% (32 fairs or more).

First time exhibitors are always very welcome at Dolly's Daydreams events - just  compare our stand rents with those of other major fair organisers! 

For 2012 there are several special offers.  The Canterbury and St. Ives annual events are just £25 for a 6' stand and the Lincoln fair is £35 for a 6' stand. Also, should you book and attend all three fairs at Dedham, the third fair will be charged at half rate card cost. And if you book and attend all three fairs at Felixstowe, the third date will be free of charge.  Lastly, if you book, attend (and pay 4 weeks in advance) for all three Kelham Hall dates, you will be offered the same size stand at the Hull events for half rate card cost, but only if you book and attend both Hull dates.

Also, please note that, as event organisers, Dolly's Daydreams concentrate their efforts on organising and promoting their fairs and do not exhibit at any of their events except to sell magazines (collections always purchased), nor do they have a retail outlet or facility or a mail order service. In other words, Dolly's Daydreams do not try to compete, in any shape or form, with their exhibitors.  And, as established organisers, Dolly's Daydreams makes every effort, every year, to avoid other key organisers' major conflicting events.

Lastly, Dolly's Daydreams never divulges exhibitors' address or telephone details to any third party without express permission, nor are these personal details published in the fair guides that are given to all visitors to the fairs.
