We've kept the
paperwork to the bare minimum, so the booking procedure
is very simple. Just contact Dolly's Daydreams by whatever
method is most convenient (if emailing or faxing, please give
your full postal address).
The office is open every weekday from 9am to 9pm.
On request of an exhibitor pack, full details will be despatched on the same day by first class post. Booking forms and stand rents are exhibitor friendly, with only a single roll-over deposit required when booking (you pay for each fair on the day, except for the fairs at Kelham Hall and Newbury Racecourse, which are payable in full, 4 weeks in advance). Volume discounts are available, from 5% to 20%.
First time
exhibitors are always very welcome at Dolly's Daydreams events -
just compare our stand rents with those of other major fair
organisers!
For example a 6' table at the splendid Burgess Civic Hall, at the
St. Ivo Leisure, Cambridgeshire's premier venue and where Dolly's
Daydreams was launched in 1998, costs just £30. Even at
Newbury Racecourse, a 6' stand upstairs in
The Berkshire Suite also costs just £30 (£24 with maximum
discount!).
Also, please note that, as event organisers,
Dolly's Daydreams concentrate their efforts on organising and
promoting their fairs and do not exhibit at any of their events
except to sell magazines (nor
do they have a retail outlet or facility or a mail order service).
In other words, Dolly's Daydreams do not try to compete, in any
shape or form, with their exhibitors. And, as established
organisers,
Dolly's Daydreams makes every effort, every year, to avoid other key
organisers' major conflicting events.
Lastly, Dolly's Daydreams never divulges exhibitors' address or telephone details to any third party without express permission, nor are these personal details published in the fair guides that are given to all visitors to the fairs.
