The Assembly Rooms, High Street, Dedham

Dedham is in the heart of Constable country, just off the A12 and 6 miles north-east of Colchester, beside the River Stour and close to Flatford Mill.  In fact, Dedham is clearly signposted on three exits from the A12, the most direct route being the B1029 through Stratford St. Mary.

The Assembly Rooms, a listed building, is at the end of the High Street, 2 minutes' walk from the very centre of Dedham.  Car parking outside the venue is limited, but the main (free) public car park, in Mill Lane, is just a pleasant 5 minutes' walk away.

Home made refreshments are available all day at The Assembly Rooms and there are several excellent pubs in Dedham.  The venue is a strictly non-smoking venue and only helper dogs are  allowed.  Disabled access is via the left hand side of the building.

The fair  is open to the public from 10am to 4pm.
