The City Pavilion is 13 miles from the centre of London and less than 15 minutes' drive from the M25 (junction 28 if southbound or junction 29 if northbound).

From junction 28 take the A12 westbound to the Gallows Corner flyover and then keep on the A12 towards London (ignore Romford).  At the fourth set of traffic lights turn right at The Moby Dick into Whalebone Lane North.  At the first roundabout take the third exit i.e. the junction with Collier Row Road and The City Pavilion is in front of you.  From junction 29 of the M25 head west on the A127 until you hit Gallows Corner.  

If travelling from London, take the A12 eastbound, picking up the Eastern Avenue.  Continue straight across the Gants Hill roundabout towards Romford, then left for Collier Row (at The Moby Dick).  The fair itself will be clearly signposted on every major approach road, using purpose made black & yellow road signs.

The City Pavilion is an entertainment and leisure complex on three floors, the fair being located on the ground floor, just inside the main entrance, in The Manhattan Suite.  Facilities are excellent, including air conditioning, a restaurant and bar, a fast food diner and ample free parking.  Disabled facilities are excellent.  Only helper dogs are  allowed.

The fair  is open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.
