Basildon is just off the A127, 26 miles east of London and just a short drive from junction 29 of the M25.  If heading east on the A127 towards Southend, turn off at the junction marked A176 Basildon/Billericay.  At the first roundabout turn left and then go straight across the next roundabout.  At the third roundabout turn left and go straight across the fourth roundabout, then taking the slip road and the Hotel is on your left.  This year's event will take place in the Academy Suite, on the ground floor just to the right of Reception.

Ample free parking on site.  Excellent disabled facilities.  Junction Restaurant open.  Strictly non-smoking event.  Helper dogs only.  

The fair  is open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.
